The Rascals
Приєднався 20 сер 2013
Produced and directed by rock legend Steven Van Zandt and lighting/projection wizard Marc Brickman, Once Upon A Dream Starring The Rascals is a hybrid of a Rock concert and a Broadway show, Rock N' Soul dance party meets the Jersey Boys. A bioconcert that is completely original in its concept, Once Upon A Dream was a sold-out hit on Broadway, thrilling audiences and critics alike. More than just a concert experience, the audience is taken through the history of The Rascals, and the history of the 1960s through their music, which includes such smash hits as "Good Lovin'","Lonely Too Long", "It's a Beautiful Morning", "How Can I Be Sure" and "Groovin'." Their story is told through a combination of live narrative and performance, film reenactments of pivotal moments in history for the band, and archival performance and news footage.

Dino never let his fame go to his head, met him in Manhattan when I was 35 and he talked to my girlfriend and I for 30 minutes, might be one of the top 10 highlights of my life!

Typical selfish a-hole Joe Russo cutting the video off, never wanting to share the love the way The Rascals always did!
Saw them three times in their heyday. It was so much fun listening to them. Feel good juke music. Dino was astonishing on the drums. Like, astonishing!

How nice to see you and hear you through the years. I was in my teens.
Never knew that the Rascals did a "jukebox musical".( It sure worked out for the Four Seasons & Frankiw Valli. ) Would have gone to it for sure ... . Never saw them at "The Barge".
Love them!!!!!!!!
Never as good as the original version
White soul
Would love to see the whole performance.

Are they still doing this show?
frank dracmann No. Saw it on Broadway. If you read Gene Cornish’s book they were touring after the stint on Broadway and it kind of fell apart financially and otherwise.
the greatest...
Awesome
Love these guys...Timeless soul never gets stale.
